You're doingwork a machineshould be doing
The same client questions. The same follow-ups. The same updates you made last Tuesday. I build systems that take that work off your week, so the business stops needing you for the parts that never needed you.

Sound likeyour week?
Most founders I talk to are stuck on the same three things. If one of these is yours, it is fixable, and it is probably costing more than you think.
The same questions, every week
You are answering the same client questions, writing the same follow-ups, and updating the same records you updated last Tuesday.
The work that grows the business waits until you are too tired to do it well.
Nothing moves without you
A client asks at 9pm and it sits until you see it. Take a day off and everything quietly stops.
You did not build a business. You built a job that follows you home.
You know AI matters. You don't know where to start
Everyone says you should be using it. Nobody tells you which part of your business it fits, so you keep putting it off.
Another quarter goes by doing it the hard way.
It does not have to run like this
Most of what eats your week is repeatable. If a task follows the same steps every time, it can be handed to a system that does it right, every time, without you. That is the entire job I do.
Find the hoursyou're losing
One focused conversation. Bring the part of your week that frustrates you most, and leave knowing whether it can be fixed and what that would take.
After that, if it makes sense to work together, I build it, and you either run it yourself or keep me on to look after it. No slide decks, no theater.
I have already shipped this pattern once: an expert’s knowledge turned into a product that runs without them. See the build.
Requests are read by me, not a form queue. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
I do not take enterprise IT or big-company automation work. That stays at my day job.
